Veterans Community Acupuncture Project

Help us help our veterans!

Veterans Community Acupuncture Project is a volunteer-run community acupuncture service free to all veterans. Our veterans deserve to receive exceptional health care when they return from military service. Sadly, that care is not always available to them. VCAP offers free treatments to help.
A recent study funded by the Department of Defense on the use of acupuncture to help veterans deal with stress and improve their quality of life showed exteremely positive results. We’ve seen first-hand how acupuncture has helped heal our veterans.

If you would like to receive acupuncture treatments, please check back for information on our new home soon! We are in the process of moving.

Please support this project! Visit our VCAP blog at http://vcapboston.wordpress.com/ to learn more. You can make donations to this project by visiting: http://www.firstgiving.com/veteransacupuncture

Pediatric Asthma Project Mission Statement:

“To reduce the impact of asthma on children and families in the Boston area through traditional Asian medicine practices including acupuncture, with a particular focus on the disproportionate impact of the disease on low income and/or minority populations.  To exemplify how acupuncture can be used in conjunction with conventional therapies to lessen the symptomatology of asthma and lessen the usage of prescription drugs and their side effect.”

If you know someone under the age of 15 who is affected by asthma, please let their parents or guardians know about this project. They may be eligible to receive reduced rate or free treatments.
