Mind-body childbirth education classes will guide you through the science of birth, but also the art and HEART of birth. Learn relaxation and visualization techniques to help you better deal with the challenges involved in birthing and the next transition into parenthood. Birth partners will learn how to best support the mom-to-be. Movement and creative techniques will be explored to help you better understand your ideas on birth and parenthood. Classes will help you guide and transform your response to birth into an empowering experience.

Nicole is a Lamaze® certified childbirth educator, and has observed Hypnobirthing classes. Her classes are a weaving together of her experiences as an acupuncturist, yoga teacher, and mom. Having experienced workshops with holistic childbirth greats, like Ina May Gaskin and Michel Odent, Nicole combines the best of what she has learned to bring you a dynamic and thorough experience.
